I have a small but growing family and am a mother to a beautiful little girl. We live in a rented basement of a 100-year-old house in the suburbs, and while I dream of one day having my own little piece of land to homestead on, limited space hasn’t stopped me from starting my journey. I’ve always loved nature, animals, and growing things, but going through my health journey has deepened my connection with our food. There is something so fulfilling about making a meal and knowing I was there for every step—from planting the seed and tending to it, to harvesting and cooking it. It’s the most satisfying feeling in the world to eat food I not only prepared but also grew myself!
I wanted to create a space where we can find our people, feel the love and support we all need, and empower each other in our healing journeys. You are not alone—welcome to this community where we heal, grow, and thrive together!
I know firsthand how powerful it is to reconnect with food, live sustainably, and embrace a holistic approach to health. This journey has given me more energy, less pain, and a better quality of life than I ever imagined—and I want the same for you.
I know how daunting it can feel to start a wellness journey—but small, consistent steps can lead to big transformations. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. You don’t have to make drastic changes overnight. There are small, actionable steps you can take right now to nourish your body, reduce inflammation, and regain your health. Let’s take this journey together!
