I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), an inflammatory autoimmune disease, at a young age. Despite being prescribed medication after medication and seeing countless doctors, I still wasn’t feeling better. In fact, I felt helpless as my symptoms persisted—and some medications even caused terrible side effects.That’s when I started looking at food as medicine. As I cut out highly processed, inflammatory foods, my symptoms improved. It was a revelation! I realized that healing naturally through diet and lifestyle changes wasn’t just possible—it was life-changing.

During your consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into your health concerns and goals. We’ll discuss your symptoms, lifestyle habits, diet, and any challenges you may be facing. Based on this information, I will work with you to create a customized plan that could include meal plans, lifestyle changes, or recommendations for natural remedies. My goal is to give you clear, actionable steps to help you achieve better health and start feeling your best.
Each consultation lasts 60 minutes. This allows us ample time to discuss your concerns, create a personalized plan, and address any questions you have.
It’s helpful to have some basic information on hand, such as: 41 42 A brief history of your health concerns (symptoms, diagnosis, etc.) 43 Any recent lab results or tests you’ve had (if available) 44 A general idea of your current diet and lifestyle habits 45 If you have any specific questions or areas of focus, feel free to jot those down so we can make the most of our time together!
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give me 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time that works for you. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, I may need to charge a small rescheduling fee. This allows me to respect my time and keep availability for other clients.
